Hey Joodude, what did you use to replace your Icon sets? I was trying to use Icon Packager but couldn't get it to work its shell integration magic on windows 7. Do you have an alternative?

If you mean the program icons on the taskbar, they're just shortcuts with custom icons, with the exception of Firefox which allows custom icons to be used in the program itself.
