He was using glados's old chambers. Presumably she created them in the hope the paint would be turned back on.

I second this. It's still not as awesome as "Still Alive", I think mainly because "Still Alive" came out of nowhere. We were all like "Yeah, beat the game! Oh no, here come the credits..." and it's an awesome song with no warning.

Haha, I totally noticed the "to big for its shoes" thing as well
Doesn't it technically change keys between the verse and chorus, like the first one? I don't doubt that your notes are right, but I would recommend swapping out key signatures instead of adding sharp signs to half the notes.

Sure, that would be one reasonable way of doing it, since the verses are generally within A major while the choruses are generally within F# major. It's a matter of personal preference, I suppose.
VLC was working for me, but clipping off a second from the end of each sound file. Don't think it's a different audio format problem, though

So, i had no salary coming in time, (Really should have pre-order it when i had a chance) and i really wanted to play this, so i go to my friend who has it and finished it at one go and now i want to say something:

I found that same place on my first time through
You'd think that valve with portal 2, they'd realize that people would be looking EVERYWHERE for easter eggs... So they'd clean things up a bit more.
Though, don't get me wrong, the detailing overal was superb. Its not going to be easy to replicate it.

I'm actually pretty bummed after playing through with commentary. There was only the average of about one pre map and most of them were pretty... "meh." One of the commentary nodes was seriously just about people complaining that Valve said "He" too much when talking about gamers in commentary nodes.
Part of me thinks that their stats on people who use commentary (wasn't the orange box at less then 10%?) are convincing them to move away from using this, but it seems more likely that they just don't know what to talk about (or are not wanting to talk about).

They just seemed to be missing so many obious questions. Things i wanted answered in the commentary:
-Havent you spent ages training us moving portals dont work?
-The companion cube thing was cool, any thoughts on that?
-Why did you swap the gel's colours around from tag?
-Lasers have replaced eneergy balls. you said some interesting stuff about that in interviews? Care repeating it in-game?
-What happened to the commentary from the voice actors? That was always the most interesting bit for me.

I just can't wait for a DLC.
Not sure how it would fit in though.
The way i see it DLC's could fit in
-after The Coop ending eg more chambers above the current ones
-After the main game (farms a test chamber)
-In the past as a candidate for cave johnson
