I like what you did with B especially the field behind it. I still don't know what to do with that point, I think Valve restricted possibilities with their construction of it, but I'll come up with something.

And nice job in the second shot of the entrance to C with the windows over the door.

Thank you!

Yeah, for both areas they're probably the third building I've built for those spots. Really the mark of a good artist or level designer is working with the parameters you're given, if you just give up theres no way you'd be able to this professionally. So don't give up! You can do it!

EDIT: And I actually just got an idea for the center building that I'm going to try out ASAP!

It was very hard to get some decent pictures of this, so I apologize for them in advance.

The idea I got for the central building was a condemned place that RED started to retrofit with new technology and stuff. I made the skylights collapsed sections in the roof so the rain leaks in. Check it out!

You might want to try making the roof look like it was broken (with roof parts that slide down the support beams - and if you feel like it add roof parts on the floor!)

Roof parts that slid down the support beams? Please clarify!

I was thinking about putting rubble on the floor, but I realised it'd be terrible terrain to move over, and RED probably would've cleared it out before they started putting computers and stuff in.

I think you'd want to stop it from raining in before you added computers as well. ;)

But I agree, having details on the floor would add a lot to the ambience. People generally don't look up at all unless they have excellent motivation. Seeing things on the floor would make them pay more attention and notice the details in the roof.

Bah, they're in a condemned building! Why worry about that!

I like the rain coming in :(

Okay, I'll add some stuff on the floor.

Sorry for this very lacking update I am still alive and still working. Most of its not ready to be shown off yet, but I can show you the new blue spawn. What you can't see is a little backstory on how BLU 'infiltrated' the spawn room.

Also, I take it from the huge groucho style eyebrows my brick windows have developed, bumpmaps don't work on overlays :(

I have some custom signs in the works too being made by a very talented friend too, so hopefully I'll have those next time :)

All those wooden barrels need better lighting, especially the ones behind the chicken wire as the lightsource behind them doesn't make much sense. Otherwise, it looks quite good.

That 2fort sniper deck cover your using above the red's spawn at C looks really out of place, i like the theme you've got here though, its really well realized. Also, what is it that Blu is fighting to control here? Whats the objective? Why are they trying to capture it? There seem to be no motivation towards taking over the base i.e. cp_gravelpit's Satellite Dish and Laser.

The wall isn't right behind them, theres a walkway space. I'll move the light though.

Yeah it needs something like that, but I'm not going to shoehorn in something if it won't fit. I'll think about this today. I was thinking something in the pit just glowing but too brightly to see it. Like something crashed through the ceiling and buried a good 50 feet underground.

a burnt out satellite/meteorite in the pit below. Make it glow gently and have a bit of smoke coming off it
