It doesn't, use the real youtube one. That will fix the blur issue.

You need to use digital 3D. I'm pretty sure most people have those glasses now.

How to watch things in stereoscopy:
Step 1) Place on 3D glasses
Step 2) Watch something at least 10 minutes long that is in 3D
Step 3) You are now capable of seeing in stereoscopic 3D

Your eyes need to adjust before they will work.
