Why?

The user Peterm has been banned pernamently now and i ask why as i am his friend i want to know why he's banned for uploading someething that he said may not work apparently becuase of it not loading on his tf2 as he stated in a post however the bsp file was not there and wanted to know if it worked for anyone else.

submitting a broken file is not tolerated. if a map is not working for you, why would you even distribute it?

there have been MANY complaints about him in the past in regards to trolling. i am the person who banned him. if he wants to create another account, he can. but if he continues to act like he has in the past, it will just result in himlosing that account too.

he claims hes young, but we have young members and they dont act or respond like he does. being young is not an excuse.
