Side by side koth inspired by "The Thing"
A foreign Antarctic research base has stumbled onto a groundbreaking find somewhere beneath the ice. The base was abandoned and the entire crew mysteriously disappeared... Help the Red or Blue Antarctic exploration companies race to the abandoned base and collect the find of the century for themselves.
Setting inspired by 'The Thing.' The idea is a koth map where the capture point is set in a pit instead of raised up off the ground. I toyed with making the floor of the pit a clip brush so you can't grenade spam into it, but the bots learned to just camp inside of it because it's the safest area to be. Instead of starting both teams on opposite sides they spawn next to each other so they can fight their way to the point. There are a few pretty atrocious sniper sightlines that may need to be redesigned.
