Canadian flag added as skin 23
Added the flag of Chile as the 23th reskin (skin 22 in hammer) the previous (deleted) update had an incorrect file path. Thanks Yaki for the heads up.
The flag of Switzerland is added as the 22th skin. (In hammer it is skin 21)
