Have you heard the tale of the dreaded RED bloodbots?

Every mercenary knows Gray Mann: whether you work for him, or hate his guts, you know he's responsible for overthrowing Saxton Hale.

Gray Mann didn't always burn funding to fuel his robot armies... hell, he didn't even have an army at first! Some recall an average KOTH mission being interrupted by strange metal men.

Although they'd been built to kill mankind, those machines were powered by blood and the remains of a previous RED team. They wanted revenge, and with no other outlet, Gray Mann let them loose to prototype his destructive capabilities via an old-model tank: the R.A.M.

RED and BLU emerge from the dank tunnels of an enriched-metal processing plant to duke it out. The objective, however, is not a stationary control point: it is the machine-driven R.A.M. that'll burst into the arena.

For every second a team hijacks the R.A.M, two seconds are taken from their timer. Additionally, you can shoot the RED robots, and each impact of damage towards their shield reduces both teams' timers by a second. Whoever can whittle down their team's respective twenty minute timer wins the round.

The R.A.M. is quick and efficient at mowing anyone in its way down with a buzzsaw at the front, and the RED Engibot chucking bombs in the back, which can deal up to 100 damage per bomb. Watch out; it'll be a hell of a battle!

I have a community server themed around mostly old-school TF2: the SMIZZ server. It contains older custom maps (along with mine), improved and functional TFBots, loads of silly rebalancing, and much more! The IP for anyone willing to join: 209.192.176.10

To download and play the map yourself:

1) Subscribe, boot up TF2, and go to this folder address: steam/steamapps/workshop/content/440

From there, visit the folder with the matching workshop link ID, then copy-paste it into your tf/maps folder.

2) Open TF2, then go to your console and type map workshop/insert workshop link ID here to download and enter the map.
