de-chaosify the map

remove bombinomicon (clunky mechanics and confusing)
remove skeletons spawned after cap, keep the clock mechanics, redirect them to spells
add team-friendly ghosts:
- ghost will resupply players from the same team (similar to a payload cart)
- enemy ghost will scare players just like normal
add new underworld, feature:
- a maze of portals that will change destinations after a certain time
- only one door allows players to escape (there's a trick to find the real one)
- skeletons raining from above
pumpkin bombs now have sound and particle when spawn
