After official testing, I made quite a few changes, which are outlined below:
- General changes:
- Adjusted sun angle to better light main path to A
- Fixed spawn doors getting stuck and/or closing while players were still using them
- Reworked the lighting in both spawn (you’re welcome DingoDots)
- Added props and walls to block unintended sightlines from BLU spawn to RED spawn and vice versa
- Added clippings to prevent players from standing on top of canyon walls
- BLU spawn changes:
- Added an extra back door to BLU spawn and moved original door to preserve symmetry
- Added props and platforms to make it easier for BLU players to get back into spawn from the back
- Added clippings to prevent players from standing on top of BLU spawn.
- Changes to main path:
- Brought walls closer together to close off unintended sightlines
- Adjusted the position of the Painis rock accordingly to allow players to pass on both sides.
- Added more props in front of BLU spawn to create more cover
- Added a new subroute on the left side to aid BLU in taking the midfight
- Changes to A point area:
- Added and moved props to create fewer open spaces
- Added a crane on the far side as an additional route to and from RED spawn
- Crane arm is extendable, trigger is on the right coming out of main door
The placement of props is not final, any suggestions you have are greatly appreciated.
