Added new staging area between A and B point to extend distance between them and even out walk times
Added new pickups to the various new areas
RED forward spawn teleporter activates upon B being captured instead of A, RED players can leave the forward spawn after A is captured but not re-enter it
Adjusted point signage leaving RED forward spawn
Added windows overlooking areas near B point
RED is now force-respawned on point B capture, same as A
