The combat on this map is pretty stale att times and when the enemy has captured the control point it was really hard to push in and take it mostly because the entire enemy team was on the point because they had nowhere to go.
Also peapole treated one flank route as the main way on.

-Raised flank route to get a much needed height advantage for attackers
-Moved skybox back from that side so rockets can explode off it.
-Added ramp to box Railcar to allow spys to get above
-added nodraw to allow more fairness with spys and teles
Adjusted little things

I can see you'll probably be updating this into late beta versions, so I guess I'll leave a suggestion.

Maybe to make your map stand out from every other "warehouse" map, you take some inspiration from games like Black Mesa and made it a little more advanced industrial, while still fitting in TF2's theme?

Just a suggestion, but I think it'd be a really cool aesthetic for you to try.
