Prelims would be cool, but I'd hope detailing wouldn't be taken into account (other than gameplay details), because I was mapping under the assumption they wouldn't be.

Agreed. My map is almost negatively detailed! I have clipping so you can't walk out into the skybox, lol!

However, people are likely to vote on details, anywyas. Look at the upload thread, now look at the amount of thanks each has gotten. Notice that the more detailed, the more thanks...

Here is the first stream I recorded for this event. It's from the absolute start of my building, cause I read this thread and just decided that I had time and started right there.

It's 4 hours long, then livestream died. I made 75% of stage 1 in this video:

There was no planning involved at all, You can even see in the video how I consider koth/arena and 5cp for like a few seconds, before randomly picking dustbowl in the gametype library
