Head is too offset (and horrendously low-resolution) from the body. Makes it look like he has a neckache or something. Second one is an improvement, although the shoulders seem too wide.

Joodude, that doesn't have the right levels of contrast. The obama one has 5-6 I think. You have 4.

I found a high-quality picture for the obama-image so that when it is made that much smaller, it will seem higher quality than it really is, no-one is supposed to pay attention to the crappy details.
Btw the fully obama-ized one has less failures on the picture-editing
