Hey! This is amazing, but I have a few questions. Is this for mapmakers, is it a mod for playing anywhere, or is it both? The reason I am wondering is because I want to download it and have it replace all the models/textures of payload carts, intelligence, ect. How would I go about doing this, or is it just for mapmaking? Thank you, and please reply! :3

I'm going to assume you can use this for whatever sort of Team Fortress mod you choose as long as you give significant credit to the author. I'm also going to assume that there is a very small chance of the original author responding as you necroed a 3 year old thread

It is. Theoretically you could use it as replacements for the stock models, but that would require some renaming and hex editing of the files.

And it will mess up w/ the payload cart collisions, so it'll make your shooting around the cart a bit harder
