I was thinking the drawing should be twice monthly or so. That way there's a bit of leeway between drawings for people to send their items over.

Plus, if you do it too much, less people will sign up, I think.

Just go ask Matt to tf2maps chat. He'll give a link to his steam profile which you use to trade in tf2. Also if you have joined the other raffle make sure you trade your item before that or there will be a problem to allow you to join.
