tf2 summer jam 2019 medal

so i saw a few people that have the 2019 medal but i did not get it yet does it go in waves or do all donator's get it at once ?

I'm pretty sure donation medals were supposed to be send day after the jam. And about the participation medal, last jam I got it around 2 months after, so just be patient if you are talking about participation medal.

The participation medal will be issued whenever TF2's next update is. If you have donated and not yet received a donation medal, contact Void either on discord or on this forum.
