It would be cool if valve release a map pack some day, even if its not part of a class update.

They never promised either with the scout update. People read into things too much. Just because we've been promised a scout update and a new gamemode and payload map have been mentioned everyone assumes they promised they'd come with the scout update.....

Um, I'm 99% sure that valve stated in the interview they had before the scout update that, 1 look out for the scout update, and get ready to see the new game type and map we're releasing.
