Anyone know how to stretch a texture? Say if I wanted one blood stain and not two halves of one

Blood stains are usually done with overlays, theToggle this button:

button works for scaling a brush texture with a brush, which you don't normally want to do. will scale overlays as you'd expect, has no effect on overlays but could result in accidentally stretched brush textures
