1) People consider the healthpack in the middle too be too easy to grab and run and overall too little a risk for such a high reward. Also, demomen and soldiers can pretty much keep the mid house's roof totally locked. As such, I suggest putting planks over the boxes at the sides, so that every class can quickly climb up and take the house for their own. This would both make the healthpak location a whole lot more dangerous and would make it a lot less strong camping spot.

2) The pipe and boxes ramps at the intel yard are pretty clumsy and don't make for smooth play. Consider making something different with brushes or for example the haybales that were posted here. Please don't make the entirety of that room fit around that single pipe prop.

3) Above also means you can make the whole of the intel yard a little shorter. I think you should experiment with moving the intel room forwards, and make the door from the lower spawn yard directly connect with the intel room. This would make the whole place a whole lot less empty and overly spaced, and a little more defendable.

Also, to compensate for the attackers, look if you can connect the second floor that leads from the spawn to the intel to the corridor on the other side. That'd give the attackers a little more places than one to attack from.
