no time now, people would be pissed if they got no time to submit their maps and the server wouldn't get uploaded until it was too late like last time, best to start up the thread for next week now.

I'd be happy to extend admin permissions to a few more peeps for the Map Lab server: i'll leave it to DrP/DJ to give me some names - and they will be able to change maps on the day to keep things to schedule.

I still prefer the TF2Maps.net server so we only have the mappers on.

yeah...people who are not mappers show up frequently on gamedays...in fact ive seen a few people join up due to the gameday...

i think if this is the case, maybe a locked server with the password posted only in the gameday thread would suffice?

no...just...no...
having enough people playing is far more important then who they are, its hard enough to get a full server as it is, why would you try and make it more difficult?

only need that solution if gamedays get "so popular" that the mappers cant join.

I would suggest making it more known when a gameday is coming. put it on the front page, or whatever,
I just never know when it is.

It's just that I don't want when it's on colt all his admins join not knowing what is going on and just having a game, and than the mappers can't join the server. It happened before.....
