Ok so apparently.... this map is broken in some way thanks to an update ages ago.
I'd like to fix it but when I test it locally everything is A-OK.
Can someone inform me of some things:
Is this map broken
What was broken in other maps
What was needed to fix them

I'm still waiting for that moment where you fix the damn env lighting. I've told you this a lot that the sky (viaduct) and the lighting (SAWMILL) are NOT matching. FIX IT!
And I've told you multiple times its because I left in some redundant environment entities by mistake and that it was already fixed in the next version if ever I needed to update it, which I haven't.
Unless it is broken by some mysterious update like harp was, though I have no idea what broke and whether it is applicable to slate.
