This is my first TF2 Map. Enjoy!
From the screenshots the fog looks a bit to green/yellowish, and instead of making a sandy impression it comes off more as a plague looking fog.
Perhaps trying a color closer to yellow/light yellow would do the effect I assume you wanted.
Just use normal white lighting. You shouldn't really need to mess with colour correction right now anyway.
You want to stick with white light, you can do sand-storm particle effects later.
is the mustard gas a feature?
The map seems a tad bit open. My guess is that from that highground a sniper could shoot at the other team's spawn.
You'll want to re-iterate on this map and try to create more interesting geometric shapes.

Where is the buffer area between the area around the cap zone and blu/red spawns?
