Swapped positions of control point and small health
Made the ground near the death pit slope downward
Slightly increased cap time
Defending team's respawn time increased
Attacking team's respawn time decreased

Some people (Wilson) wanted the back are removed entirely, so if this layout doesn't seem to be working I've got a backup of an earlier version ready. Opinions other than Wilson's wanted.
