replacing administrator with merasmus

hey guys! i am going to build a halloween map which is going to be an event based on pl cliffedge. i am soon going to import pl cliffedge into beta so yea.
and i would like to know how am i able to replace the voice of administrator with the voice of merasmus like pd_doomsday_event did and brimstone as well.

Use a mapname_level_sounds.txt to replace the wav files in the corresponding voicelines found in game_sounds_vo.txt

ok cool! but where can i found those? and how am i able to replace them? i mean i just delete what i dont want and i put instead the merasmus's voice lines? is there a guide to help me a bit?

Create a MAPNAME_level_sounds.txt yourself and put it in your maps folder with the map.
Now open tf2_misc_dir.vpk with GCFScape and open the scripts folder. There all soundscripts the game is using. You can just open the txt files and cooy any of the scripts there in your level-sounds.txt and then change the script's sound file to whatever you need. (If its a custom sound, you may need to pack it manually when releasing the map)
The scripts you are looking for are in the game_sounds_vo.txt

ok thats cool but is there a guide or something that it can help me a bit or something?
because i want to be sure that i did everything right
and not just waste time
