Regenerating health? WHAT?!

Ok, someone PLEASE tell me this is the server I'm on, because if Valve really put in regenerating health, I am going to rage SO HARD.

Its the server, unless a medic was healing you or you were a medic.

I was on a funky server like that too. They said they did it because earlier it was a Demo vs. Soldier-fest with class-restrictions and no medics.
