My reflections are purple like mising texture. How to fix that?

I now made cubemaps but i see the error. Its because specular neds to be off.
You not only need to place the entities, you need to build them too.
The process of making reflections work via the cubemaps is called building cubemaps, effectively making the engine take pictures on the cubemap's location (which you placed in Hammer), then baking them on their respective surfaces. They're baked in the bsp file, just like lighting, you just have to build them in-game. The developer wiki linked above tells you all about it in the second paragraph.
