Rain Bridge - A koth map with rain and an overall more depressing atmosphere. at least that's what i was going for

I tried to give this map a more sad and depressing atmosphere. And overall just... weter...

You're fighting in an abandoned water cleaning facility with a bridge connecting to its main entrance.

Whats new?

• Added more health
• Fixed some problems with the rain
• Added another way up to the point in the form of a set of 2 wood bridges that go up on either side
• added a decal for blue team
• Increased cap time from 12 sec to 15 sec
• Decreased respawn time from 10 sec to 6 sec
• Removed first area and moved spawn closer to mid
