Point spotlight has a dynamic lighting function, toggle-able by a flag. Now, I know the light_dynamic entity got broken in TF2, but does the dynamic point_spotlight lighting work in tf2, and if so, how much of a performance hit does it have?
If it can't work out, I'll just use light_spots, but the location of the lights means that it might hit a lot of brush faces.
