Problems with Steam

I can't login and the stats site is showing the same data for hours.
Anyone else having problems?

Here is what steam does:

button doesn't help, as any verification e-mails never arrive.

My Steam account was hacked twice now, both times Steam Support took care of it swiftly.

I checked the Steam support and i can not find a way to get my account back. (If it actually did get hacked)

"Proof of account ownership" Is the thing giving me the most trouble: I can not proof anything.

Could you not prove it was your account by taking a picture of your creditcard you use on it with some of the details blanked out for safety?

No, because I don't even have a CreditCard

The hacker must of changed the email address tied to the account to make sure you couldn't log back in.

Try to find your steam profile, the Steam ID never changes. It might have a different name and pic, and probably deleted everyone on your friends list, just like what happened to me.

And if you ever bought any games on steam, prove the purchases

I checked backpack.tf multiple times already. But as you might have forgotten, you can't trade or use the market for one week after using a different PC.

EDIT: backpack.tf says "Last Online: about 13 hours ago" which is impossible.

EDIT: Tried again, did actually work. For now.

Freenet.de showed problems in the past. Now not even Steam wants to send emails there.
I'm guessing i have to somewhoe change my email adress without being able to log in.

I'm just lost. The Steam support is not gonna help if I can't proof my account ownership. I always used PaySafeCards which I simply bought somewhere and then entered the code into steam. But the support says this about them. I'm guessing I have to type in a used PIN, but I always throw these things away, as they are just trash afterwards.
