990MB for me. I didnt bother moving over all the maps when i built my new machine, and since then I've had so little time to actually play its getting kinda sad

<---Mac user on 29 gig partition. Easy as hell to just backup important stuff (.vmf and custom texture files) and then reset the entire thing. It's even quicker then reformatting, so usually I'll just do that every 6 months or so. Wouldn't even think about actually playing on crossover games.

Usually the file is about 500-900 MB though, since I keep it pretty clean and remove any maps I know I won't be on again.
