You got a leak with a prop that's missing two of it's coordinates, that's no good. Find the leak with the pointfile (via Map->Load Pointfile), then track where the red line goes trough the skybox/nodraw and patch that hole, then track the other end to the prop that's leaking. If it's pointing to nothing, that means it's the prop origin that's moved and not the actual model and it's the origin that's leaking. Find more on that here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Leak. The black camera, I have no idea what's going on. Make a screenshot of your entire workspace, then maybe I can help.

It tells you below that line.

  1. Load the pointfile.
  2. Find the endpoint(s) of the pointfile.
  3. Choose Select All from the Edit Menu.
  4. Make sure Show Helpers is checked on the View Menu.
  5. If you see an origin helper appear at the pointfile, you know that's the problem.
After that it tells you:

f you have an origin helper causing a leak, you can select the object and manually move the origin back into the world, use the Center Origins command from the Tools Menu, or simply right-click on the origin helper and select Center on entity.

This will center the origin back to the entity. After you've done that and sealed the leak, compile again.

Make sure the prop doesn't leak (have a connection to the black void), if that's made sure of yet it still leaks, click on the prop to see where its origin point is (the white circle on 2D like on @Egan's screenshot and blue sphere on 3D) and then make sure that is inside the area as well.
tfw just noticed the compile is a csgo map not a tf2 map, not that it should afaik matter but still

Better not waste time then, since it's a prop_static anyways, just delete it if you can't find the origin then add a new prop_static with the same model.

Select the prop, the origin (circle) should be where that redline pinpoints it to. Drag it back inside the skybox.

That's your issue. You have props with nan in their position. Open the map file in your favorite code editor and replace the nans with zeroes to teleport the prop from the space that doesn't exist to the center of the map.
