I don't believe it. After all these years something I thought to be impossible actually happened. The ball got through the bonus room spawn hallways pillars and outside the bounds of the teleport brush, upon which maybe 50% of the map function depends on. I'm actually kind of impressed that it went nearly two whole pissing years without ever happening. Looks like I'm just going to have to cross my fingers and hope adding another phys clip brush won't break the map. You think I'm exaggerating, but this is why all the recent releases have had an extra letter tacked onto the end of their version strings. Each compile is me dancing on a razor's edge, hoping that whatever I add doesn't start causing random leaks. It's been.... frustrating, to say the least.
The good news? I think we're just about done. Plugging those spawnroom holes should be the last bit left to do. And once I get Sudden Death it's customary final run, it's time to bust out the shrink wrap and call it good to go.

Made everything better? I disagree. PBU is now suddenly very crashy, and we can't have that, can we? We also can't start deleting shit to make it more stable. Like it or not, I'm going to have to get some more models made in order to cut down on brush planes. I'm 99% sure that's whats causing it's sudden bouts of instability for people.

Despair not! I've narrowed down the things that I can have turned into models, and HO-HO-HOLY fuck will it ever save a lot of brushsides. If I can ever afford to pay for the models I have in mind to be made, I can save about 33 PERCENT on planes and brushsides. That will no doubt help stabilize things. It will require a lot of work though, and I'll be functionally broke for about the next three and a half years still. Bar some improbable financial miracle, it looks like Pipeball Ultra is being put on ice until then.
