It is probably no secret that I'm not the most efficient tool in the shed. However, I'm worried that my lack of interest for TF2 has ruined some of the most quality maps I've made for the game from ever reaching completion. I'd like to open up to a collaboration with anyone or anybody who'd be interested and willing to help work either of these maps to completion. If these maps were to be included to TF2, you will obviously be credited for your contribution (50/50 for example, name credited, etc.). 1). My main personal baby has to be Arena Volcano. The main concept is that instead of a control point enabled after 60 seconds, lava would begin to rise and push players into a forced showdown onto a bridge. I'm personally most proud of this map, and would love to preferably work on this map. Current State: Layout and design finalised. Bug fixes, and general art passing mainly are the current progress of the map. 2). 5CP Jenkins is a project that seemed to be a very happy accident. I'm a little demotivated by the project as while at first the map was well received, I simply don't really have the patience myself to continue evolving the map to a balanced state. To be honest, I only worked on this map past A3 due to the positive feedback I'd received after it was tested 6 v 6. Current State: Layout is mainly set, however key areas such as final and mid seem unbalanced. Still needs continued alpha testing. Note: I'm NOT giving consent for others to individually meddle with these maps. I DO take mapping very seriously, and I do hope to attract equally amateur or experienced mappers. I've been mapping for TF2 for 6 years now despite the little output I may have to my credits. I simply hope these projects may interest those who are more passionate for TF2 than I am, and think any of both projects may make good contributions to TF2maps.net and the TF2 Community as a whole. I simply just don't play TF2 as dedicatedly as before, though I still very much enjoy mapping. Please, feel free to reach out to me if you're slightly interested and I'll be happy to chat to you about any queries, interests or concerns you may have.
