Yeah, as you correctly presumed, some of the custom content hasn't been finished yet (store signs and whatnot), but they are on their waytm.

I played this on a 28 player server and got noticeably worse performance compared to other maps. I feel like the map might be relying too hard on occluders when they are the most expensive form of optimization. I suggest looking closely at the visleaves and adding hint brushes and world brushes to make the precomputed optimization better to give occluders less work to do. Remember that entities like func_detail do not block vis so objects that have a major effect on visibility are better off as world brushes unless they are far too complicated. The roofs on mid are both func_detail so it seems like theres nothing blocking visibility between the inside and outside of the roof other than the single occluder placed there.
