So I have been playing TF2 for awhile now but have never got into any of the cosmetics except one thing I bought for spy a few years ago just to get the premium version of the game. I was finally thinking I would like to get some more cosmetics and was looking at ones for pyro when I came across the D eye monds which I think look cool and can be bought for cheap on the tf2 market place. The thing is, I see multiple people selling the item for different prices ranging anywhere from over 50 cents to 1 dollar but I'm not sure if there's any difference besides price

So is there any reason to get the one that costs a dollar VS one that costs less?

Thanks.

They might have a paint or custom names. If you plan on painting it, check if its cheaper to buy it with the paint already on (if anybody sells it with paint of course). Very rarely a cosmetic will have a spell on it, causing it to cost at least 10 dollars extra. But only old cosmetics will have those.
The different prices thing is mostly just basic economic stuff. This is exactly why the rules about supply and demand exist. Some people just wanna get rid of it and sell it for cheap, creating high supply. Others won't give it away unless paid well, meaning it won't get bought until the supply is low.
(Similar things happen with buy orders. Some people really want an item so they put up a high buy order or buy it immediately, creating high demand. Others don't care too much so they make cheap buy orders, meaning they get it when demand is low.)

This is very helpful, thanks. It looks like only a few of them are already painted but not with the color I want. I do like the default color but I also like the color similar to slate and operator overalls so might by a paint can
