If you have played Terraria, you should be familiar with the Aether biome.
What I basically need is this pink-liquid texture (called shimmer):
As you can see, this texture is not only pink, but it also uses RGB colors and other particles and animations.
I really want somebody to recreate this texture in TF2 so that it also fits the art style of TF2. I don't think the texture should be expensive, but rather cheap (you can disagree with me here). Please take your time while making it, and don't rush it - I don't want a simple recolor of the existing TF2 texture.
