Who here has their mouse acceleration turned off, and if so, does it actually make any significant difference?

I have it turned off and it feels more intuitive as moving my mouse is more relative to the my cursor.

turn it off
reason: muscle memory :)

it´s easier for muscles to learn the distance they have to go
than having to momorize distance&speed
you will be more precise and have more secure movement with accelaration off

I have it off when playing. It makes aiming too inconsistent otherwise. I love it for desktop work though, so hooray for smart programs that change it.

I have it off, always. It's a terrible thing.
