Does anyone have any blogs bookmarked for mapping reference? I was looking back over David Johnston's blog today and I realized just how useful and interesting it was to read the personal musings of a seasoned Source mapper. Johnston was the guy who made Dust, Dust 2, and Cobble among others early on in the Counter-Strike series. He used to write some interesting tutorials and discussions on his past maps. I'd love to find some similar websites/blogs to read through.

I know YM has a neat website. I'd like to set one up in the future, also.

The first three I clicked at random didn't work, and most of these (smash bros wiki? tf2maps.net?) don't seem to be good for mapping reference

@Hotel Detective you gotta remember a lot of these users aren't active anymore. A lot of them haven't been active for a very long time! In fact, I'd say most haven't been active for years

http://www.nodraw.net is still up and works.

Was just pointing out that the method of choice was poor because of that fact.

Cordonation's new website, though I need to update it badly. Still gotta port over articles and write new ones.
