Map freezes servers and games randomly when trying to load cp_intrusion_b1

This is getting extremely frustrating because about 70% of servers and people can run this map flawlessly while the other 30% (including the TF2Maps imps) have the server or game freeze upon loading it, without giving any errors.

Is this a game/server specific problem or is it a problem with the map? The map does have custom content in it.

Can someone please try to load the map and see if it freezes their game, and if it does, please see if there are any errors or logs that it generates.

This can point to bad game logic. Load the map in Hammer and press Alt+P and see what the Hammer error checker says.

All I found were bad IO connections, would recompiling with those fixed fix it?
