koth_distribution - A WIP King of the Hill map set in a warehouse yard of sorts.

This is a WIP King of the Hill map set in a warehouse yard during the night. The center point is housed within the central building.

Changelog:
- Added new one way flank route to the other teams side.
- Added clipping to several objects to fix players getting stuck on them.
- Added some lighting to the outside areas.
- Made control point capture area larger and added indicators of the capture area.
- Widened side control point hallways.
- Removed Sniper sight line to the control point.
- Fixed the Red team resupply cabinets not functioning.

-Adjusted some clipping to possibly allow for some better rocket/sticky jumping closer to the center.

-Added ramps heading up to the high ground from the right hand passages leading to mid.
-Widened up the window entrances to the high ground.
-Replaced upper spawn door with a lower one off to the left side of the spawns.
-Removed lips on the ramps for smoother movement onto them.

-Modified side flanks to reduce a sightline.
-Removed outside mid upper floors to hopefully reduce cover for Snipers and to make it a bit slower for them to get to mid.
-Shifted upper left routes over to help with a sightline and to help with the updated flanks.
-Fixed the central entrance to mid for red being off center.
-Added missing clips to some crates on Red's side.
-Adjusted some lighting.
-Replaced the fences with some probably less good looking custom fences.
-Added some custom fences to the upper right routes to help with some visibility.

-Removed clipping from tops of fences in the side middle routes to open the map up some more as a test
-Changed some light colors to match map ambient light
-Adjusted doorway sizes for the mid route buildings on both sides
-Changed clipping for the ramps at the higher spawn entrance
-Moved health packs on top of mid train containers to the right train containers
-Removed medium health pack on the right path next to the mid route building
-Moved small ammo on the right path next to the mid route building back closer to the light pole
-Adjusted positions of medium health and ammo in the mid route buildings a little further to the right
-Moved medium health and ammo from next to left train containers up further near the left ramp
-Removed small health and medium ammo from next to the central point entrance
-Made mid route buildings slightly larger
-Altered left routes next to mid buildings slightly
-Added in more cover from snipers for the left spawn room doors
-Changed crates on left routes next to mid buildings slightly
-Maybe some more things I forgot or didn't notice
