Just so you know, you can upload new versions of your map without having to make a new download.
Here's how you do it, using a map I've made as an example.
Clicking the button will lead you to this screen:
You can see that my version string is currently A1, so if I wanted to make an A2 of my map, I'd put A2 in that section, and have the file I upload be "sd_snail_a2.bsp". This lets you upload the new file and change the version string without having to make a new download, which is beneficial since you don't clutter your "More Downloads" page and the Map Factory forum, and people wanting to see new versions of your map and the changes you've made to it can go to the same page every time.
