snowy reskin of the classic tf2 map badlands, but now also ctf!!

Whats new?

• the spire has been replaced by a wooden structure, mostly created by @Yrr
• removed some ammo near op sentry spot
• simplified spawn
• many visual improvements

zythe_ updated frostlands with a new update entry:

whats new?

• renamed map to icelands
• added new ice texture
• stripped down skybox to be more of a blank slate for later
• cut down on unnecessary custom assets
• replaced some trees for more low poly ones for performance
