how do i make an animated player model in hammer

how do i make a, for example a medic conga in the map so when players start the map they can see a happy medic just dancing

Add a prop_dynamic entity with the Medic's model, and apply the default animation as the name of the conga dance animation (you can check the names of the animations under Model tab of the entity window)
