They're packed into the BSPs for their respective maps. Use a tool like bspzip to take the models from the BSP and put them into your own models directory.
You'll need to remember to pack these if you want to release a map using them also, I recommend CompilePal for this.

keep in mind, extracting assets from custom maps is greatly looked down upon, and straight up illegal. if you want to use spesific assets, see what downloads are avaliable on the site, some maps had their assets publicly released, only use ones that youre allowed to legally use, never extract assets from official maps without permission, and even then, when asking for permission you could just ask the map maker for the assets directly.
