some more changes

*added details
*removed rock at 2nd added some different kind of cover (kinda)
*every class, including heavy, can now acces the top of cp2 from battlements
*cover added to 2nd point to reduce spamming the door while capping
*added a little tunnel with health pack at 2nd cp
*tried to make it less scout friendly although it looks like i’m having a bloody hard time
*ramp leading to top cp2 altered massively
*moved health pack and ammopack from lobby a few metres further
*lowered the main hallway leading to last cp to give more breathing room
*added a ramp to the little height advantage on mid so every class can easily move around instead of just the scout
*scouts can no longer jump on bridge (mid) from the rocky bit in ground
*that’s about it
*oh, and i made something weird kudos to those that can find it

known issues

*something with the dirt road i really cba recompiling for that stupid shadow

FINAL RELEASE:

*added a gap at last cp
(i know this might be a very harsh change, especially for a final but i'm pretty sure it's a change for the better

*balcony has more room
(this isn't that big of a change, previously balcony was part of a hallway all the way down to water now it just has a bit more room to reduce spam and make fights a little more interesting, i doubt it will have a significant effect on cp2 itself)

*lowered the whole of cp2 (thanks m0re for reminding me that cp2 was elevated) now balcony will be more effective and spam to door will not be as powerful as it was before.

*enlarged the main door
*removed the little cave below the concrete deck
*added some lights
*added little performance
*finally got done with those no entry signs on doors
*fixed several graphical issues

thought it would be funny to make a timelapse like valve did, note that i couldn't really keep the exact same angle because of the way i edited the map.

i'm a bit silly sometimes

Heh its amazing how much stuff you changed in the center.

Is this map still being considered by the competitive community? I play on the gathers every once in a while, but have sadly never had a chance to play on this map.

Ah thats excellent to hear Arnold, more interesting maps can only help the competitive scene.

I enjoyed the timelapse vid, love seeing a maps progression through alpha, beta, rc and so forth.
IMO I reckon the theme you had going at ~.45 was the coolest looking, probably a bit dark though I guess. :)

looks like final had some bugs that really needed fixing sorry bout that folks

*fixed water
*fixed being able to cap cp from behind little wall
*cleared the map from silly edges
*cleared middle from clutter
*added little details
*fixed several visual bugs
*fixed getting stuck at medpack
*fixed stickies going trough cp2 wood
*fixed stickies bouncing off of base cp2
*added some surprises

Yay Gullywash. I remember playing 2 epic matches on this, both comebacks from 3-0 down.

This is the version you should be using from now on, i won't final it yet but this is a cleaned up version of gullywash so there's no reason not to use it.
