PL Gavle Stage 2 a4

Crash submitted a new resource:

Gavle Stage 2 - stage 2 of cppl gavle

Split off stage 2 of cppl_gavle. I can already see some problematic areas in the map, but I didn't want to over think releasing a1.

I accidentally made the stage way too big, so we'll see how that goes.

Crash updated Gavle Stage 2 with a new update entry:

Changelog:
added some high ground for blu on the chokiest spot before the second capture
added a one way door to that same area to give blu some more holdable ground
removed a chickenwire wall from the little alcove just before second cap
added a sign to direct red out of their forward spawn
added new ramp up to walkway over the courtyard before the first cap
adjusted health/ ammo a bit
