You should be able to host the map here still; maybe it's broken because it's an old thread?

I think they meant the website, years ago there was threads to playtest maps, but now its done in the Discord server (which is way faster).

So to explain ABS how it works now... you have to join the TF2M Discord server, go to the bot channel, and put the map there with the following command:
/add https://tf2maps.net/downloads/egg-war.607/
