Custom soundscapes stopped working

    With the End of the Line update, custom soundscapes stopped working on my map and all of the custom maps I have on my server.
    The best part of my map is my work with my soundscapes, without them there is no fun at all on my map. tried recompiling the map but no luck. The map plays a soundscape but it play some random TF2 instead of my custom ones
    Note: Before End of the Line, my soundscapes always worked.

    It worked before the EotL update? Interesting, because soundscapes were actually broken since around a month already. We're all waiting for a fix :(

    Time to check if CS:GO and Dota 2 soundscapes are working. (I don't know if Dota 2 got soundscapes, well it's on source engine)

    afaik dota uses a prototype of Source 2. And it is quite obvious that dota's engine differes a lot from the other source games. And it's only in TF2 that hte soundscapes are buged. But what is taking valve so long to fix em?

    I was joking because sometimes tf2 items goes down but Dota 2 and CS:GO still up.
    I don't know what they did to broke the soundscapes but this need to be fixed quickly, How can I make a map with a scary ambient without soundscapes? (ambient_generic can do the tricky but soundscapes are better)

    Just to let you all know, next TF2 update will include a fix for the soundscape issue.

    Threw some emails back and forth regarding it, got a message about fix being included in the next update. Didn't know it was coming this soon though. But this also fixed the issues on official maps, where there was occasionally wrong soundscape being played.

    They said they fixed it in the changelog and I confirmed this on my own map

    Yeah, i have a map with custom soundscape too where i started looking into this few months back for the first time. It was playing soundscapes from viaduct.Inside, nucleus.Outside and Egypt.Indoor that the map didn't even use. On gameservers that i run, even the official maps had wrong soundscape or only single, wrong one. But it's indeed now fixed.
