from canada, eh?
ITT CS:S is now TF2.
In Soviet Russian...
CSS ports youuuuuuuuuuuu!
Sorry, couldnt resist, it seemed like such a good one...
Now if only the game wasn't terrible heh!
God damn it, this means more lags and maybe even INTRO VIDEOS, I hate them.
you can skip intro videos by putting -novid in the launch options
You saved my years!
Wonder if this is a test/hint to Half-Life 2/Episode 1 being ported to Orange Box as well. Finally.
I played around in the beta, massive load times, same game.
This is nice, but isn't going to bring me back.
They need CS2.
100% agreed. They also need to purge the Steam forums of all the QQ threads. So many CS:S nuts are going ape over this, and not in a good way.
Valve might do what they did for DODS and ship it out with a community map when it comes out of beta :O
So what does this mean for css players?
(I ask this because the links filtered).
I have no idea how Valve could possibly make CS2 stand out from the likes of CoD or BF which is why I'm somewhat sceptical of it ever being made.
I just tried out the CS:S Beta, and damn, I really suck at it.
Haven't played CS:S in a long time.
I dont want to know how many flame mails Valve will receive from all those "pro" players D:
imho, cs sucks (now flame me, too)
I dunno, I've bought cs1 a couple of months ago and it was fun. Especially with cz bots. CS will never die.
I bought it a while back when they had their $5 sale... Mostly justified on the basis that I needed a non-TF2 multiplayer test platform for working on some code.
